Ajlin Dervisoska became a member of our team on the 1st of September, 2015! She is 21 years young, comes from Ratingen and will be training at Entwurfreich for the position of an office manager. Ajlin had already been an intern with the agency and proven herself during this time; however, things seemed to click with her right from the start – she outshined more than 300 competitors!

Ajlin is one of the first in her field in yet another way: her position (office manager in training) has only existed since August 2014 in Germany. This position unites three classical training professions: Management Assistant for Office Communication, Bureau Assistant as well as the Office and Telecommunication Assistant. By merging these three professions, the various key aspects of the respective fields of work will be much better served.
