We design for people -- worldwide
User-centered design was integral to the Novopress 32's development, involving in-depth interviews with 20 professional plumbers from diverse regions around the world. This global perspective ensured that the tool's features, ergonomics, and interface directly address real user needs and workflows. By prioritizing the user at every stage, the design team created a tool that truly supports the daily challenges faced by installers.

Around the Globe
Research & Analysis
Comprehensive field research was conducted across construction sites in different countries to observe workflows, lighting conditions, and spatial constraints firsthand. These site visits provided invaluable insights into the practical demands of plumbing work, informing key design decisions related to accessibility and usability. This hands-on analysis ensured the Novopress 32 is perfectly adapted to the realities of modern construction environments.

Use Cycle: step by step
Mapping the entire use cycle -- from preparation and operation to maintenance -- allowed the team to identify critical points and opportunities for enhancement. This holistic approach ensured that every interaction between user and tool was optimized for efficiency, comfort, and reliability. The resulting design supports seamless workflows and reduces user fatigue during extended use.

Design Development
Through iterative prototyping and continuous user feedback, the Novopress 32's design was refined to balance aesthetics, ergonomics, and functionality. Adjustments to grip, button placement, and interface elements were made to maximize comfort and ease of use. This meticulous refinement process resulted in a tool that is both visually appealing and exceptionally practical for daily professional use.

Exhibition Design
We were part of the entire exhibition design process, from developing impactful graphics and creating all necessary print assets to ensure a cohesive visual identity. Our team produced an engaging information video that highlighted key product features and benefits for visitors. Additionally, we created drafts for a range of table concepts, with focus on a display area, which is both functional and visually compelling.

The Result -- ISH 2025
We were proud to witness the successful debut of the product and exhibition stand at ISH 2025, seeing our design vision come to life on a global stage. Holding the tool in our hands for the first time was a rewarding moment that underscored the dedication and collaboration behind the project. The overwhelmingly positive feedback from visitors further validated our efforts, with many praising the tool's innovative features, ergonomic design, and the engaging exhibition experience.
