Technical progress has been greatly influencing and changing the textile industry since the beginning of the First Industrial Revolution. In order to see what the current situation looks like, we examined the textile industry’s newest trends at the “Techtextil” trade fair in Frankfurt to more closely illuminate Industry 4.0 influences on the textile sector.
The “Texprocess” – the leading trade fair for processing textile and flexible materials – was also taking place there at the same time.
