INTERVIEW with BELA:
Can you tell us about yourself and what you do here at ENTWURFREICH?
Hello friends, my name is Bela Fogarasi, I am 23 years old – or 23 years young – and I’m a student trainee in marketing at ENTWURFREICH. I come from the beautiful city of Dusseldorf along the Rhine River and am currently studying Business Administration. I would describe myself as a very communicative and creative person with a good sense of humor – even if I do say so myself!
What I do here? My main responsibility is the acquisition of new clients, which I do using a customer-oriented approach.

Why did you apply to work at ENTWURFREICH?
Before I started studying Business Administration, I completed four semesters of Industrial Design. Here at ENTWURFREICH, I found the exact right spot for me between design and business administration. In addition, the Sales Manager position is ideal for my type of character. Above all, however, I find it great to work in a smaller company – I’m right in the middle of it all and get the complete experience.
When I saw ENTWURFREICH’s job posting, I knew right away: that’s the place for me!
What did you do before?
After graduating high school I completed practical training in different branches of design and took a course in professional drawing. I wanted to find out what I wanted to do. My passion has always been design. But I didn’t know which way to go: industrial design, graphic design or maybe architecture?
What was the worst job you’ve ever had?
I had a newspaper route once, when I was a kid, and every now and then I had to deliver in the rain – I can tell you, it was not one of my favorite things to do.
What can you bring to the job that others can’t?
I am very open and not at all afraid of asking questions. Above all I’m very sociable and not the least bit shy – these qualities are essential when you work in marketing.
Are you a whirlwind, or do you control the chaos?
Good question… I can be chaotic – sometimes I leave a bit of a mess in my apartment. On the other hand, that’s also exactly what I hate the most. I’m the type of person that always likes to have things under control – everything has to be structured and run smoothly.
Coffee or tea?
Definitely coffee! Black with a shot of milk, please! The funny thing is that I had my very first coffee only two years ago.
Industrial design or product design?
Industrial design – as I did study it for a while.
What is your personal mission at ENTWURFREICH?
I would like to optimize my knowledge of marketing in order to acquire a lot of new clients to work closely together with on cool projects. I would also like to bring in new ideas and to grow with ENTWURFREICH.
Who would you recommend taking a job in the creative industry to?
Just like the name says: you have to be creative and welcome changes in life. You should accept new things quickly and willingly, be able to adapt and to work towards practice-oriented solutions.
